SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once an order is successfully placed.
You will also receive an email once your order ships, along with a tracking number.
All customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipping addresses as well as for having someone available to accept delivery.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders placed before 12 PM are generally shipped on the same day.
Orders may take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
CocoaSupply does not guarantee any particular delivery date and is not responsible for any delays.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
Standard shipping is through FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery.
Only orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands will be shipped via USPS.
All shipments to Canada are duty paid, so there will be no additional costs besides the shipping fee paid during checkout.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please send a written cancellation request to: info@cocoasupply.com.
We will refund the order if it has not left our facility.
If an order is cancelled after the package has left our warehouse, we will attempt to intercept the package with the carrier. Any charges resulting from this will be deducted from the total.
The balance will be refunded to the original payment method once the package arrives back to our facility.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange a product purchased from this website in the event that the product is defective, within 30 days of receipt.
If return or exchange is due to an incorrect order or faulty product, CocoaSupply will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with such return.
In all other cases, you will be responsible for the return.
We will only accept the return of wrongly shipped items if they are sealed, unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
