The unique taste of slightly roasted cacao that in not processed with alkali (unprocessed). Natural cacao powder is best used in cake mixed, baking and pastry. Since no alkali is used in this powder type, it is less soluble than dutched powders, but it is the healthiest variety with plenty of antioxidants. It also allows you to perceive the pure flavor of chocolate preferred by some of the most demanding chocolate lovers.
