ProEcuador Paris and Cocoa Supply are proud to announce the second annual Ecuadorian Cacao Innovation Award, celebrated during the Salon du Chocolat in Paris. The award recognizes Ecuadorian producers and makers pushing the boundaries of cacao innovation, with an eye toward commercial potential in the European Union.

15 finalists were selected from nearly 50 entries and evaluated by a panel of international cacao experts across three categories. These products will be exhibited at stand K27 at the Salon du Chocolat, so that the public can see the creativity and resourcefulness of our finalist to create new products and flavors with cacao.
